INTRODUCTION
I've been making things for as long as I can remember. What started as childhood expression turned into a career solving problems through design and leading teams to do the same.
I'm a creative who leads, and I believe the best work comes from trust, not control. I love building environments where people feel safe to take risks and do work they're genuinely proud of.
When I'm not working, I'm making art or visiting museums. It's where I recharge and remember why I fell in love with this work in the first place.
