INTRODUCTION
I've been making things for as long as I can remember. What started as childhood expression turned into a career solving problems through design and guiding teams to do the same.
I'm a creative at heart who's learned to lead, and I believe the best work comes from trust, not control. I love building environments where people feel safe to take risks and do work they're genuinely proud of. I still concept and design when projects need it, while providing creative direction across everything my team produces.
When I'm not working, I'm making art, visiting museums, exploring new places, or traveling when I can. It's how I recharge and stay inspired.
