INTRODUCTION
I've been making things for as long as I can remember. What started as childhood expression eventually became a career built around solving problems through design and helping teams do the same.
I'm a creative at heart who's grown into leadership, and I believe the best work comes from trust, not control. I love building environments where people feel safe to take risks and do work they're genuinely proud of. I still concept and design when projects need it, while providing creative direction across everything my team produces.
When I'm not working, I'm making art, visiting museums, and traveling when I can. It's how I stay inspired, and inspiration is what keeps the work alive.
